A block of rooms has been reserved at the Highfield House Hotel, which is very near to the University. To book a room you should either phone the hotel or send an email. In your message you should mention that you are attending the LMS regional meeting.

Talks will take place in the Student Centre (Building 56), while tea/coffee will be served on the fourth floor of Mathematics (Building 54) in the Ketley Room.



We are also planning two social activities:
1. There will be a wine reception on Monday 14th of December 2015 celebrating the London Mathematical Society's 150th anniversary.
2. The conference dinner will take place at Ceno on Tuesday 15th of December 2015 starting at 7pm.
