Adams & Graf Vision Labs
Our laboratory is devoted to the study of perception. We use psychophysical, computational and neurophysiological techniques to investigate aspects of stereoscopic vision, cue-combination, etc.
Our group consists of Drs. Wendy Adams and Erich Graf, along with a few friendly and clever students and post-docs.
We have a number of different experimental setups, including mirror stereoscopes and shutter glasses for presenting images to the two eyes, and a PHANTOM force-feedback device for providing haptic (touch) information.
We have received support from the BBSRC, EPSRC, Wellcome Trust, Leverhulme Trust, and the National Science Foundation (USA).
Details on recent projects in the group can be found here.
We are part of a larger group of researchers interested in Visual Cognition in the School of Psychology.
If you are interested in doing postgraduate work in the laboratory, contact us and include a copy of your CV.
