Welcome to Experimental Fluid Mechanics Laboratory!

The overarching research theme in our lab is an experimental approach to understanding, predicting and controlling turbulent shear flows that are relevant to aerodynamic and hydrodynamic applications.

Visit our Research page for further details.

We are an integral part of the Aerodynamics and Flight Mechanics (AFM) Research Group that includes experts in theoretical, computational and experimental fluid mechanics. The group aims to provide an environment in which these different approaches can be combined and focused on particular topics of practical importance.
